I had gastric bypass surgery on 11-10. I did the seminar the end of August. From that day in August until today I have never seen a medical office so organized and professional. During this whole process everyone has been extremely friendly and willing to help. During my inpatient stay the staff has been awesome. What happened was I tried to eat grilled chicken too early after surgery. The team at the clinic shows you how to eat. I had limited choices upon coming to work. I did not plan. I thought eating grilled chicken breast was ok but it wasn’t it was too soon. I called TAYLOR bariatric Institute and Dr. TAYLOR himself got on the phone with me and stayed with me until I went through this episode . I was vomiting because the chicken was not an option this soon after surgery. The chicken was to course and felt stuck in my stomach area. I could not get comfortable. I was so embarrassed the nurse at the school had to come help me and I tried to make it home.. Dr. TAYLOR stayed on the phone until I felt comfortable because at this point all I wanted to do was to go home. He re-explained what I can and cannot eat, gave me helpful suggestions and within a few hours I felt better. I talked to the dietitian who reminded me of our previous sessions. I looked at my book she gave me. Now I pay even closer attention to the books they gave me to help me.

Dr Taylor is thee best, I had the sleeve November 4th 2024, and I was a big baby the first days out if surgery, I was crying and didn’t have a reason to cry at one point lol, but Dr Taylor and his team took amazing care of me, and that care has continued From my consultation to current follow ups or general concerns Dr. Taylor has shown up and been present in my recovery and goals set for myself. Dr. Taylor perform my gastric sleeve surgery and it went off without a hitch. I spent two days in the hospital and the care was excellent. I returned to my daughters for six weeks with no postop problems, not even acid reflux. I went in at 225. I am five months postop and have lost a total of 45 pounds. Steady is the race.
